2007 Recommendation #1: Change the weigh-in procedures to a mat side weigh-in. To deny 7-1 (Motion: Cozart, Second: Laxton). Unanimous vote (8-0) to withdraw recommendation. (Motion: Cozart, Second: Laxton)

2007 Recommendation #2: Establish a dual-team wrestling tournament by classification to be held the week prior to the district individually bracketed tournament. NFHS information included. Approved.

2007 Recommendation #3: Change in preseason classic format to allow JV teams to compete and to increase the number of teams to six. Denied.
